Vou compartilhar com vocês algumas dúvidas que já recebi sobre o código de registro:
1) Dúvida: Se eu vender o meu Palm e comprar um modelo mais novo, terei que fazer um novo pagamento para obter o código de registro?
Resposta: O código de registro é gerado com base no nome do usuário do Palm (hotsync). Se você mantiver o mesmo nome do usuário no novo palm, não precisa de um novo código de registro, mas se trocar o nome, é só entrar em contato que enviaremos o novo código, sem necessidade de novo pagamento.
2) Dúvida: Caso seja lançada uma versão mais nova do TrekPalm, terei que fazer um novo pagamento para obter o código de registro dessa nova versão?
O código de registro serve para a versão 4.0 e suas próximas evoluções (4.1, 4.2,…). Caso o programa tenha uma evolução muito grande mais para frente, e seja lançada a versão 5, o código de registro será outro, mas os usuários que já tenham registrado a versão 4 terão condições especiais para migrar. De qualquer forma, ainda não existe nenhuma previsão de lançar uma versão com muitas evoluções, pois acredito que o programa atual já possui quase tudo. O que vai acontecer com certeza são pequenas melhorias que serão lançadas como 4.1, 4.2, 4.3,…, e para essas o código de registro atual vai funcionar. Essa forma de registro é padrão no mercado de software.
